First-Aid Measures for Pepper Spray Max Exposure:
- Inhalation:
- Move to fresh air.
- Allow the victim to rest.
- Provide artificial respiration if necessary.
- If symptoms persist, call a physician.
- Do not use epinephrine.
- Skin Contact:
- Remove contaminated clothing.
- Flush the skin with water for at least 15 minutes.
- Wash with plenty of soap and water.
- Wash contaminated clothing before reuse.
- Do not cover affected areas with creams or ointments for at least 6 hours.
- Eye Contact:
- Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes.
- Remove contact lenses if present and easy to do, then continue rinsing.
- If eye irritation persists, get medical advice/attention.
- Ingestion:
- Drink large quantities of water.
- Do not induce vomiting.
- Seek immediate medical attention.
