Pepper Spray Max First Aid Measures

First-Aid Measures for Pepper Spray Max Exposure:

  1. Inhalation:
    • Move to fresh air.
    • Allow the victim to rest.
    • Provide artificial respiration if necessary.
    • If symptoms persist, call a physician.
    • Do not use epinephrine.
  2. Skin Contact:
    • Remove contaminated clothing.
    • Flush the skin with water for at least 15 minutes.
    • Wash with plenty of soap and water.
    • Wash contaminated clothing before reuse.
    • Do not cover affected areas with creams or ointments for at least 6 hours.
  3. Eye Contact:
    • Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes.
    • Remove contact lenses if present and easy to do, then continue rinsing.
    • If eye irritation persists, get medical advice/attention.
  4. Ingestion:
    • Drink large quantities of water.
    • Do not induce vomiting.
    • Seek immediate medical attention.
